Ludger Burmann (born August 4, 1956, in Werne) is a German actor. Burmann received acting training from Anneliese Römer. From 1984 to 1989, he was a permanent ensemble member at the Dortmund Municipal Theater. Since the late 1980s, he has appeared in numerous television series and radio drama productions. He frequently portrays down-to-earth characters, such as farmers, construction workers, or caretakers. Burmann gained particular recognition for his role as Darius Pawelczik in the WDR series Die Anrheiner, as well as its spin-off series, Ein Fall für die Anrheiner. Starting in 2012, he also played the role of Walter Berger in the telenovela Rote Rosen. In addition to his acting work, Burmann also works as a funeral and wedding officiant. He resides in his birthplace, Werne.
